United Methodists are a result of the 1968 union between the Evangelical United Brethren and Methodist churchs. With other Christian churches, we affirm the need to be saved through faith in Jesus Christ. United Methodists strive to be active both in personal commitment and social responsibility. We are a connectional church that links us to other United Methodists around the world.
